"Culture add" vs. "Culture Fit"
Most companies only care about "culture fit."
"Does this person like our company?"
"Do they have the same values as us?"
That's important, but it's not enough.

Someone who will:
- challenge the status quo
- bring new perspectives
- be a thought leader in their field
- help you attract and retain top talent
The best companies are always looking for "culture adds."
